2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Sqrdup, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Description of Service

Sqrdup is a pool management platform that allows users to create and manage Super Bowl Squares grids for entertainment purposes. The Service provides tools for commissioners to organize pools and for participants to select squares within those pools.

5. Credit Mode and Payments

Sqrdup offers a "Credit Mode" feature that allows commissioners to enable credit-based square selection. The following terms apply to Credit Mode purchases:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
• Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the Service.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Pool Management and Commissioner Authority

Pool commissioners have full authority over their pools, including the ability to manage members, assign squares, lock grids, and remove participants. Sqrdup is not responsible for disputes between commissioners and pool members. Any arrangements regarding prizes, payouts, or pool rules are solely between the commissioner and participants.

7. Referral Program

Sqrdup may offer a referral program that rewards users for inviting others to the platform. Referral rewards are subject to the specific terms of the program at the time of referral. Sqrdup reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the Service or its features
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal laws

9. Entertainment Purposes Disclaimer

Sqrdup is designed for entertainment purposes only. The Service provides tools to organize and manage Super Bowl Squares pools. Any monetary exchanges, prizes, or betting activities are the sole responsibility of the users and are not facilitated, endorsed, or managed by Sqrdup. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sqrdup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit written permission.
